It’s been more than 25 years since Charlie started creating delicious dishes for people who love proper food. A lot has changed – we’re now a B Corp with two kitchen sites and more than 50 dishes – but our passion for real food and the shared moments it creates is stronger than ever.
We love food. Proper food that’s full of flavour, made with real, fresh ingredients. And we really love making food for people who share that passion. For us, every step of creating a dish matters, from sourcing and cooking the best ingredients, to serving and enjoying a delicious meal with people who make us smile.
We’re a bit obsessed with creating delicious dishes using the best ingredients. Our chefs listen just as much to your ideas for new recipes as they look at trends in the wider world of food. And of course, Charlie and the food team taste and refine each new dish until it’s just right.
Nature provides every one of our fresh ingredients, so taking care of our environment is core to the Charlie Bigham’s recipe. That care extends to everything we do, from sourcing ingredients to the way we produce and package them and where we work. We’ve committed to hit net zero by 2025 and are incredibly proud to be a B Corp.
We work hard to make Charlie Bigham’s fun, inspiring and supportive for our teams, and we regularly contribute to the communities around us. Through our charitable giving, we donate time, money and surplus food to incredible charities with links to food education, cooking and food waste.
